UFC online betting will be headlined by a rare champion-versus-champion showdown, as Eddie Alvarez defends his lightweight crown against featherweight titleholder Conor McGregor and seeks to prevent the Irishman from becoming the first fighter to ever hold two UFC belts simultaneously. He has won five straight inside the Octagon, three coming via knockout and is on the best run of his career. Eddie Alvarez, meanwhile, comes into the title fight riding back-to-back wins over Gilbert Melendez and Anthony Pettis, each via split-decision.
His inclusion in this title fight wasn't universally well received but Alvarez will be a game challenger having won a world title elsewhere in Bellator MMA.
Alvarez is a durable, gritty challenger and will no doubt push Dos Anjos all the way on Thursday night.
Thursday evening will also see Joe Duffy return to action for the first time since his loss to Dustin Poirier back in January. Mitch Clarke will no doubt be a tough test for the Irishman on his return. The Canadian is very experienced with a record of and he has competed in the UFC for over five years.
